1. Is the sizing the same as in my country?
We encourage all our customers to check the size chart marked in the description before purchasing. This is to make sure you get exactly the size you require.

2. Will the color be exactly the same as the photo on the website?
There may be a slight difference between the color you receive and the color of the photo on the website. This is because of the difference in resolution between the camera and screen. It can make it seem a slightly different shade, however the difference will not be too big. This is unavoidable and we kindly remind you to keep this in mind when you are choosing your items.
3. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and carrier name when your package is shipped. If you provided an email address to us when you ordered we will send it to this address when we receive it. It usually takes 3-4 business days for the tracking number to be released from the courier so please be patient. 4. Can I change my shipping information after I have placed the order?
Yes, you can change your shipping information at any point up until your order is shipped. Just inform of us of the new address and we will change it immediately. Please contact us by email
5. Which items are not available for return?
Products that are custom-made, lingerie, swimwear and used and damaged are not available to return.
